Privacy Policy — Flight of the Bunnies

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Barnyard Breakout publishes Flight of the Bunnies (the Game). This policy explains how the Game handles information when you play, make a purchase, use an account, appear on a leaderboard, or choose to watch a rewarded advertisement.

1. Information we collect

The information collected depends on the features you choose to use:

  • Game progress and settings. The Game stores your progress, coin balance, unlocks, equipped items, settings, best distance, and tutorial status.
  • Accounts and cloud save. If you create or sign in to an account, the Game may process an account identifier, sign-in token, display name, and the save data needed to restore your progress across devices.
  • Leaderboards. If you submit a score, the Game may display your chosen name or platform name, score, rank, and limited gameplay information needed to protect leaderboard integrity.
  • In-app purchases. Apple App Store and Google Play process payments. We do not receive or store full payment-card details; the Game may process a purchase confirmation or receipt information needed to deliver and restore purchases.
  • Rewarded advertising. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, advertising providers may process device and ad information, such as an advertising identifier, IP address, device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data. This is used to deliver, cap, measure, and reward the ad.
  • Technical information. The Game and its service providers may process technical information required to operate online features, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, and keep the service secure.

We do not ask for your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the Game, restore purchases and progress, provide accounts and leaderboards, award optional ad rewards, keep the Game secure, prevent cheating, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use children’s information for behavioural advertising.

3. Sharing and service providers

We share information only when needed to run the Game:

  • app stores process purchases under their own terms and privacy policies;
  • advertising providers process rewarded-ad requests and ad delivery data;
  • account, cloud-save, and leaderboard services process the data needed to provide those features; and
  • service providers may process data to secure and operate the Game.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Their collection and your available controls may vary by platform, region, and device settings.

4. Your choices

  • Rewarded ads are optional. You can choose not to watch them; you simply will not receive the associated in-game reward.
  • Advertising controls. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier and manage personalised-ad choices in your device settings. Where consent is required, the Game will request it before using the relevant advertising features.
  • Accounts and cloud data. Contact us at contact@barnyardbreakout.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Deleting an account may remove cloud progress, purchases that cannot be restored by the store, and leaderboard entries where technically possible.
  • Local data. You can reset local progress in the Game or uninstall the Game. This does not by itself delete cloud data associated with an account.

5. Retention and security

We keep account, cloud-save, purchase, and leaderboard information only for as long as needed to provide the feature, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our terms. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s privacy

The Game may be played by children. We use age-appropriate safeguards for accounts and advertising, including child-directed settings where required. We do not use personalised advertising for users we know are children, and a parent or guardian can contact us at contact@barnyardbreakout.com for help with a child’s account or data. See the Children’s Privacy Notice for more detail.

7. International users and privacy rights

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about how your data is processed. To exercise a right, email contact@barnyardbreakout.com.

If you are in Australia, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; Barnyard Breakout does not sell personal information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game, its services, or the law changes. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Game or at barnyardbreakout.com.
